Hair - I have curly hair. Make sure you put gel in it when it's wet. It will reduce the frizz and make your curls look nicer. I like garnier products.
Braces - I can't help you there, but braces aren't that bad!
Ugly - I don't believe that. Everyone is beautiful in one way or another.

change how u look and personally i don't think braces r dat bad cuz some ppl don't even notice u hav braces until 6 months latr(dats wat happened w/ me and my so called friend lol...) u can buy acne creams and use straighteners 2 straighten out ur hair and buy pretty clothes (u know wat they say pretty clothes makes u feel pretty) and try 2 tlk 2 the guy as a friend first it'll be easier if u guys start 2 tlk and become some kind of friends first
but...before all dat u hav 2 stop feeling like ur ugly ok i do hav braces 2 and may not be the prettiest grl but when i go out i don't feel lik i'm ugly i just keep my head up and strut and guys hav asked me out be4 so braces r NOT a problem

Ok-this sounds like a typical teen meltdown type of question. We all go through this phase at some point in our lives. We feel ugly; especially during that whole puberty phase when everyone has acne and braces. Plus, it doens't help the sitch when our friends are all "prettier." So what is there to do?
Well, I'll offer my advice, but I don't know if it will help. First of all-the acne and braces thing- they will both be irrelevant with time. Acne disappears and braces come off, and trust me, the combination of the two works WONDERS. Imagine, straight teeth and clear face---aaah!
Also, curly hair--so?! That doesn't mean you landed on the deep end of the gene pool necessarily, I mean, curly hair can be GORGEOUS when fooled around with. If you are unhappy with your hair, there are so many things you can do to work with it. Try a new color. Get a different cut. Straighten it once in a while. Or try looser curls if you feel the curls are too tight. Personally, I know a ton of girls with curly hair, and they've figured out out to work it. Ask your hair dresser for hints maybe.
Ok, and the ugly thing. Says who? You are probably comparing yourself to people who are conventionally pretty. Look at yourself, and find beauty in all of your features, and how they represent who you are.
Plus, I have found that personality means SO much more in the long run. I know that sounds so cliche, but it really is true. Maybe a guy won't hesitate to sleep with you if you're gorgeous and dumb, but he won't call you back the next day. Even if he does, when he gets to know you he's peacin out ASAP. Personality is so much more valuable because even when "unattractive" it instantly makes people more attractive physically. I have found myself really attracted to generally unattractive men because of their personalities.
About this guy, is he really worth your obsession? Obviously there is a level of obsession associated with him because you posted this question based you wanting him to ask you out. What does he bring to the table? Just good looks, athleticism, popularity? And is he interested in you? Don't chase after guys, make them chase you.
